FIFA releases 53k extra tickets

Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has decided to put some 50k tickets on sale for the World Cup 2010. Most of these tickets are unsold hospitality packages. Nearly 38k top end tickets with a price band of $200 will go on sale on monday along with the 15k tickets along with the partially restricted view.
These tickets will be on sale only at shops at South Africa. It will not be put on sale online. These tickets will not include seats for the opening matches between the host South Africa and Mexico on June 11th, semifinals or the finals on July 11th.
The ticket sale has been in slow pace ion South Africa and is in demand in Germany where six people apply for each available ticket. FIFA has apologiosed to thousands of soccer fans around the world for technical problems that halted the transactions for online ticket booking last week.
